Wealth Dynamics Pte Ltd, takes your privacy seriously. We work diligently to protect confidentiality, restrict transfer of personal data, incorporate technical safeguards and appropriate security policies, and identify privacy implications in new services. To that end, we would like you to know how we use the personal information you entrust to us.

Collection of information on the internet
Our Web site may log a user's IP address, browser type and version, affiliate referral, dial-up domain, and computer operating system when he or she visits the site. IP addresses may in some cases be linked to personally identifiable information. We use the tracked information to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. IP addresses also may be used to gather broad demographic information (i.e., information that is not associated with any individual and is anonymous).

Our Web site may use an order form for customers to purchase products and services. We collect customers' contact information (such as their mailing, e-mail addresses and phone). We don't collect or record any credit card information, this is all handled by a secure third-party merchant service (PayPal).

Wealth Dynamics may send users mailings and other marketing collateral regarding product information and releases. Users may opt-out of receiving any of the mailings and other marketing collateral by either using the electronic link (found at the bottom of emails) or contacting Wealth Dynamics by e-mail, mail, or phone. If you do not wish to receive emails that Wealth Dynamics considers necessary to provide the service you are requesting, you may contact Wealth Dynamics as stated prior to request that no emails are sent to the email address you provided.

We reserve the right to compile and use data obtained from the scoring or other processing of products listed on this site or otherwise sold or licensed by Wealth Dynamics, and to utilize these data for research, product development, and statistical analysis. Be assured that such data are used only in the aggregate and never disclose any individual's identity.

Wealth Dynamics collects the name and e-mail address of the end user (the assessment taker) for the sole purpose of providing customers with assessment results. We do not share this information with any third party (other than the test reseller). Certain federal, state, local, or other government regulations may require that we disclose personally identifiable information about you. In such cases, we will use reasonable efforts to disclose only the information required under applicable law.

Our Web site contains links to other Web sites. We have no control over the privacy practices of such other sites, nor should such links be considered an endorsement of other sites' privacy practices. We recommend that you read the privacy policies of such other Web sites.

Cookies
Our Web site uses "cookies." Cookies are small data files that certain Web sites write to a user's hard drive during a visit. A cookie tracks information as the user visits pages within the site. This information is used to improve the user's online experience by delivering content specific to the user's interests. By configuring their browser preferences, users can choose to accept, reject, or be notified when a site sets a cookie.

The cookie used on the www.wdprofiletest.com Web site does not track any personally identifiable information and contains only session-based information and some times referral information if the user has arrived at the site after following a referral link.

Security
When a user pays for a test or places an order online, his or her personal information are processed and encrypted using industry standard SSL encryption. All payment information is handled and processed by secure off-site servers (PayPal). SSL is short for Secure Sockets Layer, a protocol developed by Netscape for transmitting private documents via the Internet. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and after we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information using commercially acceptable means, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Children's use of the website
Wealth Dynamics recognizes the importance of children's safety and privacy on the Internet. For that reason, and in compliance with applicable laws, we do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from, nor do we offer any content targeted to, children. We ask that children under the age of thirteen not use our Web site, as it is not targeted to children.

Disclosure of information to outside parties
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise give to any other entity or organization the individual information our customers submit when placing an order or taking a test on our site, except as noted in this privacy policy. If you are taking a test on our site at the direction of a WD Master Practitioner, Practitioner, or other Reseller (not Affiliate), that person may receive from Wealth Dynamics individually identifiable information so that he or she can counsel or advise you appropriately.

From time to time, Wealth Dynamics will provide its approved distributors in international markets with a list of customers, including names and contact information, residing in that distributor's Wealth Dynamics-approved area of distribution. We will do this only when we reasonably believe that providing such information will permit improved service to our customers in that distributor's area, and only when the distributor's use of such information is in accordance with Wealth Dynamics's privacy policies in general. We use outside shipping companies to fulfill orders and a credit card processing company to bill customers for goods and services. Similarly, from time to time we use third-party vendors to assist in the preparation and mailing of our marketing materials. These companies do not use personally identifiable information for any purposes other than those directed by Wealth Dynamics Pte Ltd.

Wealth Dynamics has entered into a strategic alliance with XL Events to provide extended Wealth Dynamics events to its customers. From time to time, Wealth Dynamics and XL Events may share your details to provide you with more information, opportunities and special promotions in relation to Wealth Dynamics.

We may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law; (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements; or (iii) protect the rights, property, or safety of Wealth Dynamics, its users, or others. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
